Cherdic according to Geoffrey of Monmouth in his Historia Regum Britanniae was a man, presumably a Saxon leader who accompanied Oisc and Ebissa when they first came to Britain. He is not mentioned again by Geoffrey and is not mentioned at all by Wace or Lawman.
